Celebrating 50 years of Independence!

The Nation Publishing Co. Limited invites you to join us for the return of our most popular and loved event – the Nation Funathlon (Walk & Run 5K).

On Sunday, November 13th the 2016, Nation Funathlon, held under the theme BAJAN TUH DE BONE: 50 & PROUD will commemorate and celebrate the 50th anniversary of Barbados’ Independence.

This year’s event will take the form of a National Independence Run & Walk and will begin at the Garrison Savannah, Christ Church. The aim is to encourage National pride among the public while informing our participants of historic facts along the route.
